Attached is a file—please print and keep it accessible each day. It’s the Feng Shui Bagua! Throughout this process, refer to it daily. It’ll help you identify potential blocks and serve as a guide to clear areas of your space, fostering positive changes in your life.

Additionally, I invite you to choose, download, and have a file ready for soothing or uplifting motivational music to accompany your daily activities. Music can be a powerful motivator for change. Consider playing music with a 417 Hz frequency to clear the space we focus on each day. I recommend using the free Insight Timer app for music, and you can also find great tracks on YouTube.

As you work on clearing your physical space, remember to stay hydrated and get ample rest. This process involves not only decluttering your surroundings but also clearing negativity from you emotional well being. This will improve areas of your life that could be optimized.
